    The Poolside Bar is open seasonally (weather permitting) and offers a great alternative for casual dining while soaking up the beautiful Barossa Valley sun. Enjoy menu items from our wood oven or hot off the grill.

    A Night in the Vines

    Grant Burge Wines & The Cellar Kitchen's Immersive Indulgence

    6:30 - 11:30 pm

    Harvest in the Barossa is when the region shines brightest: winemakers hard at work and a sense of promise in the air.

    This Tasting Australia event will take you to Grant Burge Wines to be immersed in the season.

    You’ll enjoy an intimate six-course meal with matched wines while the estate’s chief winemaker Craig Stansborough and executive chef Derek Salmon carefully guide you through their crafts.

    Your evening will begin with some history on the Meschach Cellar at the top of Krondorf Road, a carefully restored site perfect for tasting the Grant Burge range. The cellar is closed to the public; you're invited to step inside and see how truly spectacular this facility is.

    Next you’ll be seated for dinner. An exclusively South Australian set menu is on offer; Salmon brings a fine-dining touch to the state’s produce. Watch the sun sink over the valley. Along with introducing selected wines, Stansborough will inform about the Grant Burge wine-making processes and the rhythms of vintage in the Barossa. It’s a time-honoured tradition that yields world-famous results.
